We started our day off in Provo, home to ever-famous bloggers (and sisters) NieNie and Cjane. Needless to say, I was very excited to see why these lovely ladies love Provo so much.
My immediate plan was to stop by The Sweet Tooth Fairy, a cute little cupcake shop that named a cupcake after Nie, the vaNIElla.
Can I just say that this little cupcake was a drop of heaven in the middle of Provo, Utah? This little cupcake was a drop of heaven in the middle of Provo, Utah. It was extremely moist and the icing was sweet and creamy.
Plus, it was topped with a bright red cherry, and who doesn't love cherries, I ask you?
For lunch we stopped by a Utah original restaurant The Training Table. Best guacamole burger and cheese fries I have ever had, hands down. Not that I have had a lot of guacamole burgers. None the less, it was delish. I highly recommend.
Nights in Utah are magical. Dinner brought a fiesta complete with guacamole, salsa and tacos, and when twilight made it's presence known, family and friends gathered on the back porch to roast marsh mellows and devour s'mores.
The cotton trees were losing fluffs and they were floating in the air. It was chilly and a light breeze was carrying the smell of smoke and grass.
I kept looking at the moutains surrounding the valley and thought dreamily,

we can move into the apartments right behind the sonic and work there and go to BYU or UVU together!!! loved the cupcakes!
