I’ve decided to drop out of college and go into the yarn wreath making business.
Just kidding, wrapping these blasted wreaths in yarn took me over three hours and left me with yarn burn on my fingers and an ache in my lower back.
But boy I’m crafty and I couldn’t resist.
My flowers aren’t the best but hey, I am the farthest thing from a perfectionist.
(Note the background junk.)
The girls and I felt like old ladies sitting at the kitchen table last night wrapping yarn around the wreaths. It was fun, though, and I can’t wait to hang it on my dorm room door!
And! I can now cross #2 off of my 21 Before 21 list!
What do you think? Have you made one?
POST EDIT: The lighting is making the yarn look purple, but it's actually gray :)
That is SO cute. You are so crafty. I am jealous of your awesome skills.
ReplyDeleteaww, it turned out awesome! so pretty! i love the yellow flowers.
ReplyDeleteAutumn, that wreath is super, super cute! i love the combination of purple and yellow. for what it's worth, i totally think you should enter the yarn wreath making business. :]

ReplyDeleteAnnie, it's actually gray, not purple. But now that I look at it, the lighting does make it look purple!
Wow it looks so purple! Those are great! By the way, you could cross off selling something on etsy for this too if you wanted. I'm not sure what you had in mind but I'm sure tons of people would love to buy something like this.
