I was green with envy for my favorite Utah bloggers who were already in the midst of autumn while I was suffering through the muggy 90-degree days here in the south. Until today.
It seemed like the temperature dropped and the leaves changed overnight.
I am ecstatic.
My “Autumn in autumn” to-do list includes:
-going on a bike ride to see the leaves
-drinking cider and journaling on the porch
-wearing as much flannel as possible
-and of course my moccasins
-adding pumpkin into everything I cook
-carving pumpkins
-hitting up the corn maze
-sitting around a bonfire
-Heber camping trip
-hiking Sugarloaf mountain
-watching the Pretty Little Liars special
(I don’t need your judging eyes)
-celebrating my 22nd! (Nov. 1)
-watching the 13 Nights of Halloween
(it is my favorite holiday!)
-baking pies for Thanksgiving
It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
I love when people go to Harding because my family has vacationed in Heber Springs for several decades. I love seeing things I recognize like Sugarloaf Mountain!
ReplyDeleteI would totally love to meet you if you are there next summer :)
Ugh! Not you too now! All you guys are killing me with envy on your Fall posts! Someone better express me a pumpkin latte and colorful leaves. That's a demand.
