In February of this year I went to Bethlehem, Israel to visit the Church of the Nativity. It is a church that the Catholics built over the location that is believed to be the place that Jesus was born. I remember walking through the church and singing Christmas carols with the mass number of tourists. Such a neat experience!
Apparently the star below is where His head lay. I say “yeah right” but I guess you never know.
And in the end the exact location doesn’t matter. It matters that Savior came, that he endured a lowly birth, that he died for our sins, and JOY TO THE WORLD, HE REIGNS!
Merry Christmas, readers!
I hope you had a wonderful one as well. I loved this post and even recognized your pictures from the church of the nativity! it's so incredibly neat to have been there.
