ramblins’

Remember when I blogged regularly? No? Me either, actually. This summer has kind of blown but there have been a few silver linings recently. Also, a few awful weeks.

-Last week I went to church camp. I’m not trying to be dramatic but like, you couldn’t pay me to go back. Loved the campers, hated the heat, non-air conditioned cabins, and giant-A spiders.

-I went to a Memphis Redbird’s game this week. I do love a good baseball game, mostly for the hot dogs. Ya feel me? If you’re vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/anorexic, get out of here with that. #yolo4

-I have been on an Avett Brothers kick lately. Coldplay is still the First and the Last in my book, but my goodness, Murder in the City is dang good.

-What defines “talking” between a guy and a girl? Texting daily? A few dates? I’m not sure. Maybe I’m “talking” to a guy. Maybe we’re just friends? I don’t have a clue. I do like the goodnight kisses, though.

-I love Moe’s Monday. A $5 burrito with an included salsa bar? It’s like my own version of God dropping down manna during the exodus.

-I’ve spent many hours at the gym pool this summer getting my tan on. Freckles ahoy!

-I got approved to graduate in December. Queue the panic attack.

-Is it just me or has July flown right on by?

Peace out girl scouts!

  4. Summer freckles! The best!

If you love the camp experience without all that nonsense - do it in Wisconsin. You'll most likely have to bring your scarves and flannel and only have to swat at mosquitoes!

Here's to a another month of summer! Hope it's just as exciting for you :)

    1. i'll tell ya, I'd never heard anything about Wisconsin until I followed you. Your instagram's make it look beautiful! I need to add it to my list of states to visit.
