My best friend of close to 15 years got married on Saturday. Something strange happens when your first childhood friend gets married. It's like suddenly, I realized that we're quickly falling into a new season of our lives. College is beginning to wrap up and we're planning each others weddings.
I've never been so completely happy for anyone in my life, though. The way that these two look at each other makes me smile. I can only pray that one day God will send me someone that will look at me the way that he looks at her, because it's pure love. It's pure devotion to her, and it's pure dedication to their marriage and life together.
