Oh boy, my cup is overflowing.
And by cup, I mean brain.
I have had so much on my mind the past few days.

1. Finals
I have been a
paper writing-note-card-making-study-guide-filling-out-machine.
Ok, so I haven't actually done any of those yet (except for the papers)
Which is why I am stressed.
I know what I will be doing this weekend.
2. God
I started reading a book--Captivated. It is so good! It's about unveiling the mystery of a woman's soul. What it means to be a woman bearing the image of God. True to it's title, I am very captivated. I pray that my cup overflows His love and that I can truly learn what it means to be a woman of God.
Well, not guys. A guy. He constantly invades my mind whenever I need to get something done. Or focus. Or while I'm in class. Sometimes when I sleep. Why? I don't know. It's not like he is some amazing guy. I take that back. He is. To me. Not to everyone. This is the wishy-washy feelings I've had towards him for several months. None of it matters anyways.
Girl likes boy, boy forgets girl exists, boy has a girlfriend, girl sits in her dorm room & cries.
Told ya, LOTS on my mind.
Words of wisdom?
PLEASE!
Just keep your head up! :) Everything has it's way of working itself out. Place all trust in the Lord and he will grant you serenity, courage, knowledge, strength, and more. <33
ReplyDeleteOh how I wish I had advice for number 3 cause than maybe I could use it for myself too. Ha! The guy worth your tears won't make you cry. That is what I tell all my friends after the boyfriend or crush does something stupid. Keep your head high and keep looking to God for strength.
ReplyDeletewho is this boy??? and why don't i already know you can't get him out of your head as one of your best friends?? lol
ReplyDeleteGet a pet. They will love you anyway
ReplyDeleteAutumn,
ReplyDeleteI'm in the middle of something similar right now, actually. Just keep trusting God. I am learning what that means, but I believe He's faithful to show us what trusting Him looks like. I'll be praying for you.
